Are you looking for a way to add something custom to your walls at home? Or maybe you need a thoughtful custom gift for a pet lover in your life? I absolutely love making these custom pet portraits because they're a great size (5"x7") for framing and they're very much one of a kind. I try to capture the vibe of each pet I draw in as interesting a way as possible! We all have a million photos of our pets on our phones, so I love the chance to make something unique and special that represents the things you love most about your pet.

This is an original illustration of your pet (dogs, cats, horses - you name it!) using pen, watercolor markers, and watercolor paper. Please note this listing is for one pet against a blank background - please reach out to becca@makerscholarcards.com to discuss more detailed portraits / multiple pets.

Here's how it works:

1. Once you purchase a Pen & Marker Pet Portrait, please send your favorite picture of your pet along with their name to becca@makerscholarcards.com. Make sure the picture has your pet's full head and body!
2. Once I have your photo, I sketch your pet on a piece of 5x7 water color paper and add details with water-based markers. 
3. I finish and ship out your portrait within 4 weeks of your order date. Depending on what you choose at checkout, I either ship you your portrait or you can pick it up at In Good Company (653 E Broadway, South Boston) for free
